If you are dissatisfied with any element of our service, including about your bill, you should first contact the fee earner with responsibility for your matter or your relationship manager if you have one. If they are unable to resolve your dissatisfaction, they will be happy to pass the matter on to the firm’s Senior Director. If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint you can ask the Legal Ombudsman (address PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ, website www.legalombudsman.org.uk, telephone 0300 555 0333 or email enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk) to consider the complaint. Normally, you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint.
